Abe Klugmann is the CEO of AdvaCare Homecare, combining his deep experience in finance, mergers and acquisitions, and hospitality management with a heartfelt commitment to compassionate care. His background in overseeing complex M&A transactions gives him a strategic edge in guiding business growth to enhance both service offerings and patient outcomes, while his hospitality experience has instilled in him the belief that meaningful service comes from genuine connection and warmth.
For Abe, homecare is more than a business. It’s a mission. Having spent five years living with and caring for his 90-year-old grandmother, he gained firsthand appreciation for the profound importance of quality, compassionate care. This personal experience shaped his perspective and continues to drive his dedication to ensuring that every client feels valued and every caregiver feels supported.
Abe believes that a homecare company thrives when it not only serves vulnerable individuals with dignity but also invests in the well-being and growth of its staff. Known as a people’s person, he approaches his work with warmth, empathy, and a commitment to making a difference. Brittany Jones, LMSW, ASW-G, is a dedicated geriatric social worker, entrepreneur, and advocate with a passion for serving older adults, Veterans, and their families. Raised in a small town with limited access to healthcare and community resources, Brittany developed an early appreciation for the importance of compassionate care and resource navigation.
She began her healthcare career as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), spending six years working in her hometown’s only long-term care nursing facility. In 2013, she relocated to Arizona to join the Phoenix VA, where she served in a Community-Based Outpatient Mental Health Clinic while completing her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology.
After nearly two years with the VA, Brittany transitioned into the private sector, where she conducted clinical assessments to determine appropriate placement for individuals requiring Skilled Nursing or Acute Rehabilitation services. She later earned her Master of Social Work from Walden University and became a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) and an Advanced Social Work–Gerontology (ASW-G) certified professional.
Today, Brittany is known for her servant’s heart, collaborative approach, and unwavering commitment to helping others navigate complex healthcare systems. She is passionate about connecting older adults, Veterans, and caregivers with the resources they need to age with dignity, independence, and the highest possible quality of life. Whether working alongside healthcare professionals or supporting families in crisis, Brittany is known for building meaningful relationships and going above and beyond for every person she serves.
